Hi James, If you want to practice card magic you cant do much better than Royal Road to Card Magic book and available on DVD. Expert at the Card Table is another excellent book. With these you will get all you need to progress you for a long time. If you want to learn more about magic in general Mark Wilsons Magic Course is a great book that covers just about every area of magic you could imagine.

Hi James,
Those guys are right. Mark Wilson's book is better than it first appears.
Also It's better to know just one illusion really well than it is to be half way confident with a dozen.
I don't want to advertise, but you can view some great videos on utube that show some amazing flourishes. Card flipping etc. if that's your thing.
Although I would never agree with exposure on the net, there are some guys showing bottom, second and even middle dealing. (These are mostly for cheating at poker) I've never heard of Pivot wave or digger wasp but they sound amazing. Good luck with your magic.
